Occupational Interest Profiler (OIP)
Anchored on Dr. John Holland’s RIASEC Model, this assessment provides occupational and career lists according to the candidate’s assessed interests. Missed in many pre-screening processes, interest goes directly to the likely longer-term motivation of the candidate. You can get two report versions from this assessment: the occupational interests profile and the career interests profile.

Profiles Ethics-Oriented Personality Assessment
(PEOPA)
PEOPA is a personality assessment that examines a person’s Big Five personality traits. This covers ethics-oriented test items that give a picture of the moral principles that govern a person’s behavior. The test not only measures the person’s prevailing traits but also gives an idea of the person’s moral uprightness. This makes it a useful screening assessment, especially for sensitive job positions. It covers the traits of the Civil Service Commission’sEthics-Oriented Personality Test and many of the dimensions of the NEO Personality Inventory-Revised©.

Clerical Perception Test (CPT)
This test assesses the ability of the person to quickly and accurately see differences of detail in printed material. This assessment measures the speed of perception of the person, which is a fundamental skill in many industrial jobs and fields such as administration, claims processing, library services, office machine operation, packaging, and word processing.

Competency Assessments

Managerial Skills Test (MST)
This assessment gauges an individual’s understanding of the general principles of management and organization. This test differentiates individuals who are competent in the essential dimensions that were identified as important in a wide range of organizational settings. The situations do not require specialized knowledge or experience in any single industry.

Profiles Competency Assessment (PCA)
This adaptive test is designed to assess the competency level of an employee that may be used in recruitment, selection, promotions, salary determination, performance reviews, and rewards administration. This test gauges an individual’s core and leadership competencies through situational judgment items.

360°+ Feedback System (Self/180°/360°+)
The 360+ Feedback System is a multi-rater feedback tool designed to guide individuals in attaining professional and personal development. This tool compares an individual’s self—ratings based on specified competencies to the ratings of individuals who regularly interact and observe the “ratee” in a work setting such as bosses, peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders.
