Career opportunities

As our Assessment Specialist, you should be a registered psychometrician (RPm) that will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding their assessment matters, whether existing or new contracts.

You will also be responsible for

  • conducting client’s end-user or product training and providing all necessary documentation of the products purchased, such as user and quick reference guides, sample test booklets, and applicable technical manuals,
  • establishing contact after initial training to be able to investigate their use and success with the product(s), encourage additional usage, determine satisfaction with the products and services provided, and encourage additional training whenever a client is still not familiar or not satisfied with the process,
  • monitoring and collecting client usage and informing the respective HR Solutions Consultants of any significant issues,
  • handling contract renewals the same way as new contracts in terms of training, support calls, and reporting,
  • generating necessary information for contracts with different billing periods,
  • facilitating and managing on- and offsite testing activities,
  • ensuring clients’ on- and offsite testing needs are met by administering prescribed assessments to candidates, and
  • spearheading revalidation and norming initiatives for existing assessments to ensure adherence to industry-accepted psychometric standards.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you should be a Marketing or related field degree holder and have proven working experience in digital marketing. 

You should also have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team (associates), and supporting teams (such as designers and programmers) to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

You will also be responsible for

  • planning and executing all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns,
  • designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence,
  • measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs),
  • identifying trends and insights and optimizing spending and performance based on insights,
  • brainstorming new and creative growth strategies,
  • planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests,
  • collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience,
  • utilizing your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, and
  • evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
