As our Admin Assistant for the Finance department, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, fresh graduates welcome and prior experience in Administrative Services for Finance is a plus.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and recording of all inward documents – Initial checking of completeness of requirements for a request received, coordinating for possible discrepancies for correction if any then recording the documents for monitoring.
  • Accounts Receivable Follow-ups and Disbursements of Processed Checks – everyday monitoring of the status of all documents in the monitoring file and then updating the client. eg. For request for payments- coordinating with requester once the check is ready, or actual payment thru bank deposit. For billings to clients- sending reminders to the client to confirm receipt of the billing, follow up when it’s nearly due up to actual collection.
  • Assistance with Licenses and Permits – With the help of the Accountant, assist by doing the actual leg work of renewing the permits and licenses from relevant Government Agencies.
  • Filing of processed documents – Making sure that all documents received are processed and with final output documents stored in the cloud (electronic copies) and physically (hard copies).

As our Quality Assurance Officer, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of experience in ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 27001 ISMS internal auditing, with participation in at least one audit cycle. Certification in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 internal auditing is preferred.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary liaison between QACD team, departments, and cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.

As our Digital Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire, retain, and delight customers. You will own and measure the success of all our digital marketing channels, working closely with content marketers and graphic designers to craft compelling stories.

Qualifications for this role:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or similar field
  • At least two years of solid experience in digital marketing.

As our Project Management Officer, you must have a Master’s degree in courses related to Business Management, Industrial Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Development and at least five (5) years of experience in training and consulting, and project management. This role requires travel, so you must be willing to be on the move when needed.

Your responsibilities and duties include

  • sales support activities such as
    • attending exploratory meetings with clients for possible consulting engagements, and
    • preparing methodology for consulting and survey project proposals,
  • contract management activities, including
    • facilitating the alignment meeting with AMs, wherein Sales must thoroughly brief the department about specific client requirements and expectations one (1) week before the collaboration meeting, and
    • ensuring that every contract and proposal provision is sufficiently met, 
  • project management duties such as
    • identifying resources needed for the project
    • coordinating with the identified SMEs, consultants, and enumerators for the project,
    • plotting out the project timelines,
    • monitoring project progress,
    • compiling the required reports needed by the consultants and client, and
    • ensuring the project team has all the resources needed to execute the project,
  • quality control, specifically conducting turnover meetings with the client after the engagement or project to formally close the contract and check if the client has any more expected deliverables, and
  • consulting and facilitation, particularly handling consulting engagements and training programs aligned to the area of expertise.

As our Strategic Consulting Services Manager, you must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, project management, or training. Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources.

Your responsibilities include:

As our Strategic Consulting Services Manager, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-2 years of solid experience in administrative or project management, preferably including bid management.

You also must have the following skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment.
  • Open to learning new things.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Receive, review, and analyze the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (TOR), and create a checklist of requirements with the guidance of the assigned HRSCs.
  • Compile the needed documents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, technical specifications, and other relevant details required for bid submissions,
  • Closely work with the assigned HRSC(s) on their respective bid projects.
  • Ensure all documents are updated, signed, accurate, and compliant with the TOR.
  • Conduct quality checks (mock bid or offline review) on bid submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This task is with the help of the sales team.
  • Facilitate printing, labeling, and binding of bid documents for the hard copy requirements and proper file management through MS365-OneDrive (and Google Drive) for online submissions.
  • Request for the delivery of documents through the TPG administrative department.
  • Timely log-in of the status of bids in the sales’ bid monitoring form for better analysis of the success rate.
  • Regularly check bid opportunities through the PHILGEPS platform.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.

As a project-based host, your role includes the following:
– Attend technical rehearsals to ensure smooth training implementation and assist with any needed adjustments.
– Project high energy on camera or in person to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
– Guide speakers and the audience through the learning experience.
– Collaborate with speakers to answer questions and provide insights during the training.
– Document the webinar in writing, as required by the client.

Requirements:
– Proficient in using videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
– Capable of event management and coordination
