As our Business Development Specialist for Visayas and Mindanao, you should be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
We’d love to have you if you have at least two (2) years of experience in the solutions-based industry, B2B selling, and account and client management.
This position requires your willingness to work under onsite or remote work conditions and do prospect and client visits. You must also work well with a team and are adaptive to changing work environments and tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
New Business Acquisition activities, such as
- generating new leads through phone calls, internet searches and customer lists, e-mail blasts, and attending sponsorship events or seminars,
- maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients and expanding business opportunities thru upselling and cross-selling activities, and
- conducting sales presentations (both face-to-face and virtual), writing proposals, and follow-up calls until the contract is signed.
Account Management activities, such as
- managing existing accounts, obtaining renewal contracts, and developing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
Promotional Strategy activities, such as
- promoting assigned products actively to different organizations,
- maintaining creativity in delivering promotional materials and approaching leads that will entice the target audience, and
- maintaining effective collaboration with internal departments to enhance existing assigned products.
Professionalism and Market Intelligence activities, such as
- maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, developmental training, and establishing personal networks,
- monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, techniques, etc., and
- keeping management informed by encoding all activities, such as daily call reports and weekly or monthly work plans, on the existing Customer Relation Management system.
