To be an intern, you must

  • be currently taking up Bachelor courses in related courses to the department,
  • render a minimum of 300 hours, and
  • be proficient in basic software such as Microsoft Office.

As our Admin Assistant for ESL Products, you are an integral project team member and should be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any course. Preferably, you have at least five (5) years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Secretary, Sales Assistant, or other related experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • seeking and bidding for HR/OD consultancy projects of varying size and complexity,
  • creating opportunities to bid on,
  • organizing the bids,
  • developing relationships with potential partners,
  • organizing and controlling bid-related activities, and
  • reporting to the Special Projects and HR/OD Consulting Director.

As our Project Management Officer, you must have a Master’s degree in courses related to Business Management, Industrial Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Development and at least five (5) years of experience in training and consulting, and project management. This role requires travel, so you must be willing to be on the move when needed.

Your responsibilities and duties include

  • sales support activities such as
    • attending exploratory meetings with clients for possible consulting engagements, and
    • preparing methodology for consulting and survey project proposals,
  • contract management activities, including
    • facilitating the alignment meeting with AMs, wherein Sales must thoroughly brief the department about specific client requirements and expectations one (1) week before the collaboration meeting, and
    • ensuring that every contract and proposal provision is sufficiently met, 
  • project management duties such as
    • identifying resources needed for the project
    • coordinating with the identified SMEs, consultants, and enumerators for the project,
    • plotting out the project timelines,
    • monitoring project progress,
    • compiling the required reports needed by the consultants and client, and
    • ensuring the project team has all the resources needed to execute the project,
  • quality control, specifically conducting turnover meetings with the client after the engagement or project to formally close the contract and check if the client has any more expected deliverables, and
  • consulting and facilitation, particularly handling consulting engagements and training programs aligned to the area of expertise.

As our Sales Officer, being a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, and Psychology would be an advantage. Preferably, you have work experience in a solutions-based service industry.

You must also be

  • flexible,
  • willing to travel,
  • people-oriented,
  • tenacious to pursue goals, and
  • curious to learn.

Your responsibilities include:

Account Management activities, such as

  • managing existing accounts, obtaining renewal contracts, and developing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

New Business Acquisition activities, such as

  • generating new leads through phone calls, internet searches and customer lists, e-mail blasts, and attending sponsorship events or seminars,
  • maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients and expanding business opportunities thru upselling and cross-selling activities, and
  • conducting sales presentations (both face-to-face and virtual), writing proposals, and follow-up calls until the contract is signed.

Event management activities, such as

  • providing support to the team through guidance on managing assigned tasks, tracking the timeline, deliverables, and execution of events,
  • networking and building partnerships with different and relevant organizations, and
  • supporting company events by promoting through different means with a focus on social media.

Professionalism and Market Intelligence activities, such as

  • maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, developmental training, and establishing personal networks,
  • monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, techniques, etc., and
  • keeping management informed by encoding all activities, such as daily call reports and weekly or monthly work plans, on the existing Customer Relation Management system.
