The Story Behind People Dynamics

People Dynamics Inc. was formed in 2002 to initially respond to the HR management development service needs of the clients of its sister company Profiles Asia Pacific.

Upon its full activation in 2008, its services have expanded to provide the following: job-match assessment services for recruitment and organizational-development interviewing; holistic and assessment-based learning-and-development solutions; low-cost, valid, reliable, and locally normed prescreening assessments; numerous skills tests; comprehensive assessment center evaluation; and first-rate human resources and organizational-development consultancy services and surveys, which are available for the Asia-Pacific region.
