Business sustainability requires a project management mindset and norms ready to adjust to alternative work arrangements and skeleton work shift schedules.

This program aims to provide guidelines for managing individual projects and to define project management related concepts. Trainees will be exposed to models and tools for monitoring the project management cycle and its related processes.
