The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a series of disruptive trends that has affected the way we work and the way we deal with clients and stakeholders.

While widely considered a public health crisis, the pandemic is also a mental health crisis, which has both immediate and long-term impacts.

The rigors of transitioning to alternative work arrangements, the need to embrace digital transformation to maintain business sustainability, and the need to pivot to cope with the changes in customer needs all have led to many employees feeling isolated and burned out.
