Ruby Mañalac is currently the COO of Emovation, Inc., the business unit of emotional intelligence and proud affiliate of The Profiles Group of Companies. Her passion, and purpose, is to spread emotional intelligence with innovation as she advocates healing a currently hurting world while bringing out the best in the performances of people.
She has been with The Profiles Group of Companies for about 14 years as one of the pioneers during the company’s inception in 1999. She has served in different capacities and has risen from the ranks to her present role.
Ruby, as a dedicated practitioner of Emotional Intelligence, was interviewed on ANC and CNN regarding this subject matter.
Ruby has attended EI certificate courses twice in Sydney, Australia, and was invited as one of the international speakers in the GENOS Singapore International Conference year 2018 for best practices of EI. She was also part of the delegation that attended the GENOS Hawaii, USA International Conference in 2019. She has had over a hundred talks and seminars about emotional intelligence and the response have been wonderful.
She espouses that her greatest learnings on emotional intelligence are through practice and through life with her saying, “It is best to start taking the first step and progressing.”
Abegail Pulma Tongco has been in the HR and OD practice for more than 14 years. As an HR and OD consultant and trainer, she has been exposed to companies in the BPO, KPO, energy, water utility, academe, food and beverage, manufacturing, construction and engineering, website and software development, architectural and engineering consulting, real estate development, mining, hospitality, logistics, printing, and publishing industries.
She is currently a lead facilitator of People Dynamics Inc. and the VisMin Director of Profiles Asia Pacific Inc. She is also a part-time faculty member of St. Theresa’s College.
She is the President of the OD Association–Visayas, a professional organization of OD practitioners in the Visayas. She graduated from the University of the Philippines–Tacloban College with a college degree in BASS Psychology. She earned her graduate degree of Masters in Business Management in the same university and is currently working on her dissertation to complete her requirements in PhD in Organization Development.
Argel Carlo Mallare, REB is a well-rounded human resources management professional with a demonstrated experience in leadership, planning and strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and research.
An experienced Trainer and Facilitator, he is also a certified DISC Practitioner on both People Dynamic’s DISC Personality Profiler Assessment Tool and Profiles International’ Profiles Performance Indicator.
Argel earned his bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas and has had 6 years’ worth of corporate work experience. His first engagement was with the Philippines’ preeminent broadcasting media company GMA Network Incorporated, where he gained significant preliminary experience in the Human Resources Department.
Following his employment with GMA, he transitioned into the real estate industry with a focus on training and sales in Federal Land Incorporated. Here he gained notable skills and experience as a Sales Trainer and obtained his license as a Real Estate Broker. As a trainer, he conducted numerous trainings on presenting, negotiating, problem-solving, sales effectiveness, basic financial planning, among several other crucial soft skills.
Kier Edison C. Belleza began his career as a news correspondent at the Manila Bulletin, covering any news of local relevance and, often, national significance across all beats.
He is the first student news correspondent of the Philippines’ leading national newspaper.
He is a copy editor trained in the Chicago Manual of Style, an authoritative resource used widely in the publishing industry.
He is also proficient in the Associated Press style, the style used in the journalism industry.
Kier is a certified DISC practitioner, which means he is trained to administer in-depth analysis and assessments of behavior and motivation and train others on how to use the DISC framework.
Today, he works as the communications officer of Profiles Asia Pacific Inc., the pioneer and leader in online psychometric assessments in the Philippines.
He also works as a training facilitator at People Dynamics Inc., where he develops and delivers training programs on professional and personal development.
Kier graduated cum laude with a diploma in bachelor of arts in communication from Cebu Normal University.
Cancellations may be made one (1) week before the online certification program. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than one (1) week before the online program, the participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the program will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds but substitutions may be made at any time before the online program or the participant can opt to attend other programs of the same amount.
