Mr. Reamur David doesn’t just talk about AI. He builds it, ships it, and leads teams through adopting it in the real world. As Managing Director of WT Migremo Systems and Senior Program Manager at Tribal Group, he has spent over 20 years turning complex technology and delivery challenges into practical, working solutions. In recent years, he has applied that same discipline to helping teams understand and use AI in practical, grounded ways.

With a rare combination of deep technical fluency and 20+ years of program and delivery leadership, Rhem has led remote teams of 50+ professionals, delivered institutional projects for the Asian Development Bank and the United Nations Development Program, and personally built and shipped six AI-enhanced products, from an AI-native tool that catches its own model’s mistakes, to platforms spanning healthcare, project management, and go-to-market intelligence. He brings the same grounded, build-it-yourself credibility to how he talks about AI: not theory, but what actually works, what doesn’t, and why.

Rhem’s sessions are built on a simple idea: AI should make work better for the people doing it, not more confusing. Drawing on two decades of translating technical complexity into plain, usable language for both executives and hands-on teams, he creates a workshop space where questions are welcome and no one is made to feel behind. Participants leave not with buzzwords, but with a clear, practical sense of where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn’t, and how to start using it responsibly and confidently in their own work.
