About the Training Program

This course examines how HR leaders can use people analytics and workplace research to strengthen decision-making, strategy execution, and organizational effectiveness.

Moving beyond dashboard and basic reporting, the program focuses on developing the analytical mindset needed to ask the right questions, interpret data responsively, and connect insights to real business issues.

Participants will explore evidence-based principles from industrial-organizational psychology and applied research, with emphasis on distinguishing metrics from meaningful insights, understanding data limitations, and integrating multiple sources of information to form sound conclusions.

Designed for HR leaders, business partners, and OD professionals, the course builds practical capability in translating people data into leadership conversations and actionable HR strategies.

Through case analysis, structured exercises, and guided interpretation of sample reports, participants will practice framing researchable questions, identifying patterns and risks, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders. The focus is not on advanced statistics, but on developing disciplined judgement in using people analytics responsibly.
