Dr. Abraham Linco brings the perfect combination of academic rigor and real-world impact to every training room. Dr. Abraham C. LincoRPsyRPm, CSIOP is the Training Services Manager of People Dynamics Inc. and a recognized expert in human performance and behavior change.

A registered Psychologist and Psychometrician, he brings a holistic approach that goes beyond theory by applying psychological principles to create real, lasting impact in the workplace. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude) from the University of Santo Tomas, a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University. Dr. Linco is a Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a GENOS Emotional Intelligence practitioner, with published research on organizational politics, leadership, and coaching. He has a strong track record of designing and delivering training programs that improve employee competence, emotional well-being, and overall organizational effectiveness across various industries.
