Registration Form - Leadership Boot Camp: A Training Series for Public Servants

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations may be made two (2) weeks before the event. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks before the event, the participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the training/seminar will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds, but substitutions may be made at any time before the learning event, or the participant can opt to attend other future events of the same amount.
