Innovation and Creativity at Work

Build confidence to think creatively and act on it

  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Via ZOOM

About the Training Program

Research from People Dynamics, Inc. (PDI) shows that in many organizations, employees regularly share good ideas in meetings or casual conversations, but those ideas rarely turn into action. While employees are capable and reliable in carrying out assigned work, hesitation around risk, fear of mistakes, and reliance on established routines often prevent innovation from taking hold.

The Creative Thinking and Innovation Training Program was developed to help participants move beyond routine execution and become confident problem-solvers. Participants learn practical, structured approaches to creative thinking, enabling them to turn ideas into workable solutions and contribute meaningful value to their organization.

At the end of the training program, you’ll be able to:

  • Generate solutions structured innovative through ideation techniques.
  • Evaluate ideas based on feasibility, value, and alignment.
  • Design small-scale innovation pilots to test new approaches.
