About the Training Program

This program examines how professionals, including psychometricians and psychologists, can use organizational diagnostics and evidence-based tools to strengthen decision-making, support strategy execution, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Moving beyond instant solutions, the program focuses on building the mindset needed to ask the right questions, identify root causes, and connect findings to real workplace challenges.

Participants will explore practical ideas from organizational psychology and applied research, with emphasis on how strategy, structure, people, and culture affect performance, how patterns across the organization create challenges, and how different sources of information can be used to make sound recommendations.

At the end of the program, you’ll be able to:

  • Explain why organizational diagnosis is important for improving organizations and supporting change.
  • Compare different diagnosis frameworks and know when to use each one.
  • Use diagnosis tools to study issues related to strategy, structure, culture, leadership, and work processes.
  • Identify useful sources of information, such as interviews, surveys, and performance data, to better understand problems.
  • Turn findings into clear problem statements and practical recommendations for action.
