Accountability and Ownership Training Program is designed to turn that challenge into a competitive advantage. Dr. Abraham C. LincoRPsyRPm, CSIOP is the Training Services Manager of People Dynamics Inc. and a recognized expert in human performance and behavior change.

A registered Psychologist and Psychometrician, he brings a holistic approach that goes beyond theory by applying psychological principles to create real, lasting impact in the workplace. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude) from the University of Santo Tomas, a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University. Dr. Linco is a Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a GENOS Emotional Intelligence practitioner, with published research on organizational politics, leadership, and coaching. He has a strong track record of designing and delivering training programs that improve employee competence, emotional well-being, and overall organizational effectiveness across various industries. 

Dr. Linco creates learning environments where participants feel safe to explore, challenge themselves, and grow. Jovit Cueva brings real-world experience to every part of the employee journey—from hiring and training to performance and employee care. He doesn’t just study HR; he has practiced it, improved it, and led it in different organizations.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology, earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is currently completing his PhD in Educational Psychology. He is the creator of HR e-PRIME (HR Electronic Portal for Recruitment and Integrated Management of Employment), a groundbreaking digital recruitment system that modernized and transformed the Cebu City Government’s hiring process.

Jovit has hands-on expertise in all areas of HR and also teaches as a part-time college instructor, blending smart research with practical, easy-to-use solutions that truly work.
