Developing and implementing surveys have enabled organizations to gather rich, deep data on points for improvement and employee insights.

To do so, one should know the basics of research, survey development, data collection, and analysis.

Three-sixty degree feedback has become a process that most companies are aware of and is a powerful diagnostic or assessment process and can be used in many areas of human capital development and personnel management.

This process is needed for every organization of every industry where there are leaders and managers.

The Checkpoint 360° Management Feedback Survey System is designed to provide information to the managers about the perceived effectiveness of their leadership styles and how that effectiveness can be enhanced.

Feedback is provided by the leader’s immediate supervisors, direct reports, peers, and any other groups (clients, business partners, board of directors, etc.) that can provide meaningful feedback based on recent and relevant behavioral observations.

The respondents should have a reasonable understanding of the leaders’ role and responsibilities, as well as a relatively recent opportunity to have observed their leaders’ actions in the line of duty.

Checkpoint’s report compares respondent feedback to the manager’s self-evaluation of effectiveness in eight universal management competencies and eighteen skill sets.

This program will certify the participant as a qualified user of the assessment.

Malcolm Pick is the National Director of The Profiles Group of Companies (TPG), which is composed of Profiles Asia Pacific, People Dynamics, and Emovation Inc.

As the national director of TPG, Malcolm oversees business development within the Asia-Pacific region including Guam.

He received his master’s degree in operational research and management studies from Imperial College London in the United Kingdom.

Prior to reaching that milestone, he obtained his college degree in mathematical physics from the University of Birmingham in England.

His broad business background includes over thirty years of international business experience covering Europe, Asia, and the USA.

He has worked for big names like Coopers and Lybrand, NCR, Levi Strauss, Reed International, and the SGV Group in Asia as partner in charge of computer consulting and computer training (I/ACT).

 

Checkpoint 360-Degree Certification Trainer — Abegail Tongco

Abegail Pulma Tongco has been in the HR and OD practice for more than 14 years. As an HR and OD consultant and trainer, she has been exposed to companies in the BPO, KPO, energy, water utility, academe, food and beverage, manufacturing, construction and engineering, website and software development, architectural and engineering consulting, real estate development, mining, hospitality, logistics, printing, and publishing industries.

She is currently a lead facilitator of People Dynamics Inc. and the VisMin Director of Profiles Asia Pacific Inc. She is also a part-time faculty member of St. Theresa’s College.

She is the President of the OD Association–Visayas, a professional organization of OD practitioners in the Visayas. She graduated from the University of the Philippines–Tacloban College with a college degree in BASS Psychology. She earned her graduate degree of Masters in Business Management in the same university and is currently working on her dissertation to complete her requirements in PhD in Organization Development.

 

Checkpoint 360-Degree Certification Trainer - Princess Supatan

Princess A. Supatan is a licensed psychometrician and a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.

She currently works as Profiles Asia Pacific’s (PAP) assessment specialist for the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

As an assessment specialist, she provides support to clients, facilitates testing activities in said regions, and ensures the quality and standardization of the company’s assessment tools.

Because of her work at PAP, Princess has been exposed to various fields in human resource management and organization development.

Besides being an assessment specialist, she also served as a training coordinator for numerous public and in-house training programs and seminars.

She is a certified DISC practitioner and a certified ProfileXT user, who has co-facilitated webinars for HR and business leaders.

Princess earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Central Mindanao University.

Cancellations may be made one (1) week before the online certification program. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than one (1) week before the online program, the participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the program will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds but substitutions may be made at any time before the online program or the participant can opt to attend other programs of the same amount.
