Leonida G. Reyes is a dynamic professional with more than 20 years of experience spearheading the whole cycle of human resources management and development.

Today, she works as an independent HR and OD consultant at People Dynamics Inc. As HR and OD consultant, she assists in deploying the HR and OD programs of government agencies and private corporations.

Reyes is accredited by the Philippine-Australia Human Resource Organizational Development Facility (PAHRODF) as a learning service provider. PAHRODF is a development arm of Australia Aid to deliver HR and OD interventions to select government agencies.

For the past several years, she has been engaged in helping government agencies, civil society organizations, and private corporations improve and enhance their organizational capabilities through various interventions.

Reyes possesses excellent people and process-management skills. She also possesses excellent interpersonal relationship, communication, and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in client-relationship management.

She has received numerous awards and certificates across her career path for sharing knowledge through on-site and public seminars, university career talks, HR forums, and leadership conventions.

Cancellations may be made two (2) weeks before the online certification program. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks before the online program, the participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the program will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds but substitutions may be made at any time before the online program or the participant can opt to attend other programs of the same amount.
