The DISC Online Certification will:
- Help you gain better insights about yourself and your personality by having your own DISC Personality Profiler report and use it to plan your development.
Qualify you to administer and interpret the results of the DISC Personality Profiler.
Enable you to maximize the use of DISC assessment reports and the capability to make use of the data available in making important “people” management decisions.

Mr. Malcolm Pick is the National Director of The Profiles Group of Companies, which is composed of Profiles Asia Pacific, People Dynamics, and Emovation Inc.
Mr. Pick obtained his B.Sc. (Mathematical Physics) from the University of Birmingham and his M.Sc. (Operational Research and Business Management) from Imperial College, University of London. His broad business background includes over thirty years’ international business experience covering Europe, Asia, and the USA. He has worked for companies such as Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC), Levi Straus, Reed International (now Reed Elsevier), and The SGV Management Services Group (now Accenture) as a partner in charge of computer consulting and computer training (I/ACT). In 1998, he returned to the Philippines and founded Profiles Asia Pacific.
Dr. Maria Vida G. Caparas is a Wiley-Certified Everything DISC Trainer and a licensed Psychologist. She is also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in her Ph.D. Psychology at UST. She also obtained a Diploma in Public Management from UP Diliman as a government scholar.
Dr. Caparas is a seasoned trainer with extensive and invaluable services in both government and corporate offices. She served as Vice President of HR in New San Jose Builders, Inc. In GMA Network, Inc., she wrote for Kapuso Magazine as Managing Editor. She also became the Dean of the Graduate School at the Manila Central University. Dr. Caparas has also conducted numerous training programs for various topics such as Competency-Based Training, Competency-Based Recruitment, Training Needs Analysis, Job Evaluation, etc.
Currently, aside from serving as a Director of Learning and Development for People Dynamics, Inc., she teaches in UST. She has authored four books in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Already a fulfilled academician and HR and OD practitioner, she has received a number of awards and recognition.
Cancellations may be made one (1) week before the online certification program. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than one (1) week before the online program, the participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the program will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds but substitutions may be made at any time before the online program or the participant can opt to attend other programs of the same amount.
