In the new-normal economy, companies need to develop the capability to remain resilient.

Since culture defines the way organization members think, feel, decide, and act, one of the critical capabilities of resilient organizations is the ability to shape and sustain the culture. This is especially true as some organizations had begun to adopt remote work and virtual teams.

Cultural norms serve to enforce productive work behaviors that support business sustainability whether employees are working on-site or off-site.

In this age of disruption, the challenge is to remain relevant in the market. This requires organizations to review and revitalize its work systems to adjust to the requirements of agility and flexibility.

In this online course, participants will be guided on how to shape a culture of empowerment and team synergy.

Participants will then be given an overview of the organization components necessary in high-performance work systems and the best practices in enhancing these components.

This online course will be conducted via Zoom.
